| We have endeavoured to keep our quality classifications of for out of print (OOP) items as basic as possible. Relying more on description, than on simple coding.
We will highlight all faults honestly and note them with the item descriptions.
You will find we are quite brutal in our classifications, as we are primarily collectors and look at materials from that perspective.
We will us only six basic classifications.
SW (shrink-wrapped) = Still in shrink wrap and generally flawless. Occasional slight flaws and discolouration occurs through the wrapping and this will be noted.
M (mint condition) = As new, flawless or having such minor flaws as would have been acceptable new. These would be noted. Many products were never produced shrink-wrapped and so Mint is the best condition available for those items.
EX (excellent condition) = Very close to mint, containing very slight flaws. Such as scuffing, very minor discolouration, but no tears, writing, highlighting, loose pages, etc.
VG (very good condition) = Clearly used, but in good condition. An item of the condition expected from normal / light use for it’s age and type. Item is complete and useable. One or two faults or several minor flaws are possible in this category.
G (good condition) = Heavily used. Still useable for game play, but not of collectable status.
P (poor condition) = Having serious faults or a large number of minor faults. Items in this condition are not likely to be available unless those of very hard to get hold of items.
The above coding is to be used as a very general indication of the overall quality of the item. So you can look at what may interest you at your own level. Please read descriptions carefully as this is where details of faults will be listed.
New items will obviously be in such condition. However, we may from time to time offer quality seconds, such items will be noted appropriately and priced accordingly.
