Making A Purchase

Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the Checkout option.

You will then be given the choice of payment method; Paypal or cheque.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Please note however, if you do not live in the UK, we accept Paypal ONLY.

Please note: At present this is VERY important: once payment is made, please ensure that you come back to the site. By doing this, it completes your order, and we will be notified of your order.

You must come back to the site. If you do not, we will be notified of your payment, but the system will not inform us of your items ordered.

If you select cheque, please make it payable to Mr A Silcock and post it to the above address.

Shipping And Handling

Our normal shipping method is as follows:

UK: 1st Class post. Orders that are heavier will be sent via Standard Parcels. If you wish for an alternative method of posting, please inform us before you complete your order, to ensure that it is an acceptable method.

Europe/Rest of the World: Airmail. Orders over 2KG, the post office will not allow us to post, so the system will not calculate shipping. If this happens, please inform us and we will calculate the shipping on the order taken. Normally, we would split the items up into parcels of less than 2KG. We will not ship via Surface Mail, as it is insecure and we do not wish for our items to be lost or damaged via a method that can take a long time to ship.

Our system generates the cost by the weight of the items ordered. Orders are packed securely and as best as we can. We cannot guarantee your goods will be handled with the care they deserve by the Postal Services. If you wish for your package to be packed far more than the norm, to ensure that your items will be safe beyond any shadow of doubt, we can do this. However, there will be a small charge for the additional packaging, and the shipping charge may be a little more, due to the package being heavier.

If you would like your package secured this way, please advise us before completing your order, so that we can discuss cost etc.

Delivery Schedule

We send out all our orders at the end of each week, normally Friday.

Wish Lists or Requests

If there is a specific item that you are looking for, please let us know. We will keep a record and advise you when we have the item in stock and you will be given first option to buy the item. If you have a “wish list”, again, please let us know. We will keep a record and advise you when any of them items are about to become available. Our site is being added to constantly and we have masses of stock that has not yet been added to the site. If you cannot find an item on the site, we may actually have it, so please ask us at enquiries@asgi.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help!

Credit Cards & Other “personal” details

When you open an account on this site, the details requested are just name, address, phone number and date of birth. Nothing too personal is requested. We use Paypal for our payments from customers, so your details will already be with them. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist, enquiries@asgi.co.uk

Our Guarantee

We are a very small business and are RPG gamers at heart, also. It is extremely important to us that any sales we make, are exactly what you wanted from us.

If there is a problem, please advise us immediately. We will always try and rectify any problems as soon as is practicable. Customers are very important to us. Without them, we would not sell anything!

We offer a refund of item cost up to 30 days after purchase if:

The goods you receive are not what you ordered.
The goods arrive not as described (e.g. Incomplete – unless otherwise stated, in a lesser condition than advertised, etc).
The goods are not fit for their intended purpose.

Please note: This will require that the goods be returned to us.

Please also note: We CANNOT be held responsible for loss or damage in transit between us and you. If this is a concern we suggest you arrange with us to have your package insured.

We will NOT offer a refund if:

You ordered the wrong items
The item was not what you thought it was
You damaged the items

We will consider offering an exchange in some circumstances, at our discretion, but postage costs will have to be met by you.

ASGI do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

Your privacy is important to us and we will always ensure that it stays this way.

Returns Policy

BEFORE you send an item back, CONTACT US by email first at enquiries@asgi.co.uk stating your name, order number, contact details and brief description of the problem.

We will be able to discuss the options with you and come to the best arrangement possible. We can sort out most problems quickly and easily with minimal cost to you or us.

Resolving a problem is paramount to us. We want our customers to be happy and to return and order again, so we will do all we can to resolve anything that crops us.
